If your application has been approved and you have become a landed permanent resident, you have NO obligation to inform IRCC of a change of family composition as a result of separation or divorce. Your application is closed, and there is nothing that IRCC can do now.

Reporting a change of family composition is only required when your application is still open and you are not yet a landed PR.
