Hey Friends,

Suggest me if you have any experience I just had. I live in Canada and work for Government. Earlier, when I was a student, my wife spouse open work permit application was rejected due to some issue (now all sorted). Recently, I applied visitor visa for my parents and spouse stating my graduation ceremony this June but they rejected my wife visiting visa while my parents got their visas. Now, I have few options for my wife that I am aware of. They are:
1. Apply for a spouse open work permit (I have a post-graduation work permit valid till 2020).
2. Apply for a PR.

I am not sure what option would be the best one. So, if you have any experience, please do suggest me your option and the docs I need for the application.

Thank you in advance and looking forward to your reply.

Cheers,
Pratz

Hi Pratz, I think it's better to apply for PR, you being the sponsor. Since she was denied a visitor visa, in yiur case it's better to apply from Outside of Canada. In any case, check IRCC website, all the forms and docs required are there.
