Spouse work permit and not accompanying spouse in Current PR application

Hello everyone and Hi to our bright star members,

I applied for Spouse open work permit in December from UAE, the application is still under process since then, as the processing time is 39 weeks.

I have recently received any ITA, not accompanying my spouse.
MY crs score without spouse is 442,
including spouse it is 422.

The PR application is asking me to provide an explanation of why I should not accompany spouse along when it comes to filling her details? and at the same time, her work permit application is in process.

Please tell me a reason I should put in the application as I cannot include her in the PR application because my score drops to 422 as recent cut off was 431

Also it is a question and conflict that her work permit is in process and at the same time I am choosing an option as not accompanying her in the PR application.

Just be honest. Say it's to improve your score, which is the truth. It will not be refused because of that.
