Hi everybody,
I wanna sponsor my wife ( she lives in france) without a job right now but I got some money saved ( over than $90G). Do you guys think that it could be a financial problem for my application.
The reason why I am not working is I just moved to other province to finish my bachelor.

It need not be a problem but you must explain to CIC's satisfaction, in your application to sponsor, how you and your wife intend to maintain yourselves in Canada without social assistance once she is accepted as a PR. That can be by a combination of her and your savings and earnings and even by contributions either in cash or by other means (free or subsidized accommodation for example) from others (your respective families for example). There are no other financial requirements for applications by spouses. Savings of $90K are unlikely on their own to convince CIC that you will be able to maintain two people for long; so you need to formulate a detailed plan showing how you propose to maintain yourselves: your earnings/her earnings/living with parents etc. If you think you will have graduated by the time she gets her PR rights, explain for example what employment you would then apply for, how much you would be likely to earn, what employment she is qualified for and what she could realistically contribute to the family outgoings and matters of that kind.
