Hello everyone.
I live in Toronto, applied for Spouse Sponsorship in Buffalo and they request me a Letter of "no record" or certificate of "good conduct"
Which as far as I know is the Federal Police Certificate from PGR in Mexico City and also the State Certificate.
I sent the State Certificate when I submit my application.
Now I think I only need to submit the Federal one.
I'm so confused with so many different requirements.
1.-Requirements from CIC website
-pictures -fingerprints -copy of passport -file no. personal info -sent to Canadian consulate in Mexico. (sounds easy)
cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/outside-mexico.asp
2.-Requirements from Mexican Consulate in Toronto
-fingerprints -letter from consulate -passport or IFE id (it doesnt say if copy or original) -proof of address -birth certificate no older than 1yr -proof of payment -and the process needs to be done in person or a family with a simple power of attorney
consulmex.com/esp/consular_antecedentes_penales.asp
3.-Requirements from PGR website:
same as consulate plus migration form FM2-FM3 (i dont know what that is) and translation of the proof of address
pgr.gob.mx/TransFoc/antecedentes%20registrales.asp
If someone already got this police cert from Mexico, can you help me what is the best way to do it?
Thank you!
