I worked in Mauritania for a few years, and left there long time ago. Right now I am applying canadian PR. I need police certificate from Mauritania authority. consulate in Mentreal does not provide such service. According to IRCC website: "Certificates are only available for people who were born in Mauritania and people who currently live in Mauritania". http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/africa/mauritania.asp
What does this mean? Do I have to abtain this police certificate or not? Who knows how? URGENT!!!
