Is it correct that you cannot apply for a visit visa after applying for immigration ?

E.g - Applying for Immigration on Dec'15 & want to go on a visit during Jun-Jul'16 ?

I heard it is possible and was thinking to do it for my husband but still not free to do the visiting visa application

Visa Office Confirmation

Hi All,

Please help, VISA office depends on country of citizen or country of residence ?!

If a Pakistani national who is living in Kuwait is applying for outland spouse sponsorship, his Visa Office will be Abu Dhabi or Islamabad ??

I have checked with Campbell Cohen office, & the document specialist there said it will be Islamabad.

Abu Dhabi Office = 17 Months , Islamabad Office = 47 Months

Nothing like that i can say it depends on luck.. I am living in Dubai Pakistani National my file proceed in London instead of Abu Dhabi and my all case completed in 6 months, furthermore now days Islamabad not processing immigration cases.

Why in London ? Was your sponsor living in London ? . If Islamabad is not processing immigration cases, can I assume my case will be processed in Abu Dhabi ?

A lot of Pakistani applications are being processed through London, to help with the backlog I suppose.

Why in London ? Was your sponsor living in London ? . If Islamabad is not processing immigration cases, can I assume my case will be processed in Abu Dhabi ?

Now days all Pakistani National whether they live in Pakistan or Middle east cases process through London instead of Abu Dhabi or Islamabad.

I am big example in front of you even i am living in Dubai but they dint forward my file to Abu Dhabi.

And my sponsor is Canadian citizen she is living with me in Dubai.

Now days all Pakistani National whether they live in Pakistan or Middle east cases process through London instead of Abu Dhabi or Islamabad.

Sarim my case is forwarded to Abu Dhabi. Can you help me out by answering please. They have asked me to submit my passport in 30 days to issue visa.
I have resigned from my job and my visa is cancelled from my employer. I'm in process of change of employer but new visa will take more than 1 month. I don't have any active visa on my passport.

1. Will they issue me Visa without any active visa on my passport as it is cancelled from my employer. Should i submit my passport?
2. My PP is expiring in 4 months will they issue me visa or I have to renew it before submitting?
3. If they will not issue me visa unless I get active visa from another employer then can they grant me extension to submit Passport as I am in process of getting visa from another employer.

If they didn't requested to you to cancel uae residency visa they will not ask you any question and stamp on your passport Canadian Visa actually they dont have concern about uae residency.. but yes Canadian visa expire based on your medical or passport expire date which comes first. I don't know when your medical will be expired.

They have asked me to submit my Passport. My passport is valid till March. They are issuing me visa till May. I have recently resigned and my visa is cancelled from the employer.

1. I can stay till 18th December in UAE else will pay fine. I have no issues in paying fine as I will be staying here because I will get an employment visa in January from another employer.
2. Should I submit my passport? Will they issue my visa on 4 months passport validity? If yes, then will they issue, according to my passport validity or according to my last day in UAE which is 18 December. Please remember I don't have any active visa on my passport as it has recently been cancelled from an employer.
