I did get the auto reply and hours later I received that message. Looks like ADVO is floated with applicants inquiring about
their application.

This was 5 days ago before the weekend. the only way I discovered the error was I checking my spam folder and there it was
I honestly would never have thought my message was never received until i checked my spam folder. So I suggest for now on to check
your spam folders to see if you received this error messages .

i have sent my passport on 31st Aug, today its been complete 03 weeks. i have sent my old passport as well but i don't think so there will be any problem inshaAllah. just hoping n praying.

I have sent the email to advo yesterday it was not failed but i received auto email that please use the case specific inquiry link to send any message to advo as we are not entertaining any email related to visa section. so i used that link and sent case specific inquiry as well.

You sending info to ADVO even though your case is processed in London? or did London VO ask you to send into to ADVO?

Just a note, one should always use the case specific link when sending any information or enquiry if you already have an application in progress.

Yes my files is processed in London and i received email from LVO that i will submit my passport to the nearest VFS center.

Am I doing something wrong here Zbaby ? care to explain ? I did use the case specific inquiry link and guess what i recieved that message . I'm well aware of the how things work with sending inquiries.

I have used it before many times and never got this error

yeah i hope that there will be no problem just because i forgot to send my old passport. Mine will be 3 weeks on Wednesday.
I am just curious when they ask for PPR for tourist visa it took only 5 days but for us we have to wait for more than a week sometimes a month even though it says in the letter that it will take 10 working days

Did ADVO asked for cancellation at the final stage, I mean couple of days before giving Visa, or at any stage ?

No they never ask.
Until now i haven't resign since my passport is still at ADVO

Hello GELO_ON. I received the PPR email 1 day after the eCAS status was changed to "In Process". Good luck.
