So I got my notes yesterday around 11:15 UAE time. It says that the file is Ready for Officer Review.

The notes were generated on 3rd Sept and as of that date the eligibility, criminality & security assessments had not started.

Well I have heard that your file is pulled out of a certain Queue for the notes but not exactly sure if it is put back in the same spot !

I dont think they pull out your file coz the notes are system generated. If you ask for the physical file then it is likely that they pull out your file to copy the notes.

Bonty's medical expired in Sept 2013 and they sent a PPR in Sept by email which stated that his medicals have been extended, so lets hoe they do the same for us.

My medicals expire on 24th Oct 2014.

Are you joking ? They haven't started yet or they haven't updated the information yet ? Something doesn't sound right ..

That's exactly what we had in our notes that we got a month or so ago..

A week after we got our notes, our status changed to "In Process", so we ordered the notes AGAIN to see what process has started etc.. They should arrive in another 2 weeks or so we expect/hope..

The missus and I were thinking of ordering notes every month till we get a PPR, as we think $5 is worth it...unless, like Impresso said, ordering notes delays the process.. :S

The information that I have about notes delaying the process is not from a very credible source - so I would take it with a grain of salt. I think ordering the notes gives more mental peace - looks like you want to have mental peace every month

Do let us know if there were any changes in your new notes.

I notice from this forum that most people get their ADR within the first three to four months after they filled their application, but for April and may applicants most of us didnt recieve any ADR , is that good thing or it mean that AVO very slow now !!!

On your notes, what Group Name are you in ? Mine shows " Documents pending ". Even though I sent additional documents long time ago.

I ordered my notes in August and it said "documents pending" and nothing started (security,eligibility etc)

but in September our status changed to in process.
ADVO asked for redo of medical and police record of Saudi, we are now waiting for the request letter. Don't worry everyone u wil hear something god willing! We are all waiting , hoping its not too long! God bless
