Dear Be Careful

Write Exact date what did you do there as per passport like

1. entry xyz country exit xyz country business trip
2. entry Abc country exit abc country vacation
3. entry bdf country exit bdf country working

and do keep any gaps in dates as they will ask to write it again as they did for me not as per visa no but as per entry exit stamps
even if the dates are for one year.
No proof required only exit visa are ok and if you were there more than 6 months you have to get PCC even if you are on a business trip ot what so ever visa you are.

Hey, just got my ATIP notes and I'm gonna cry. They Said that they didn't receive my husbands Police clearance certificate when I'm 100 percent sure they did, because the other documents we sent say received. I tried calling MP but they said you have to wait to hear back from Abu dhabi office. I sent Abu dhabi an email but i don't know if there is a faster way to contact them?????

Please dont worry I know happened to me as well but after you send them email they will say they have recieved you police clearance please send other documents in order to process.If you have already recieved AOR from Abu Dhabi VO only or else you will are in que.

as per our experience non of us who have received PR request received any 2nd AOR just online status changed to IN PROCESS
if this is you Case you will be hearing from them 2 - 3 Months as your application is under process now for security clearance and background checks.

Don't mean to be posting in multiple threads but seeking advise.

I'm Canadian Citizen based in India and have residency for Saudi Arabia as we have a family business, I travel a lot to Saudi/UAE and live in different cities. All are business travels so not sure if I need to mention these in my form that I've lived here.

So if I apply from NDVO is there a chance they will ask me to get exit visa from KSA ? I can't get afford to get final exit because this is a family run business and even after the PR for my wife I will be traveling between Canada and Saudi a lot.

It depends from where you will show you are living if you are living in Saudi so obviously they will ask to cancel GCC residency as soon as PR request and you can apply from Abu Dhabi visa Office.
If you will apply through India Visa office then they might be different Case you can show you are living in India.


You cannot apply through Abu Dhabi Visa office if you say that you are living in India.
you file will be transferred to India

Now it say under Permanent Residence Application Status "Application Received" but it has been 3 months nothing changed ? also can anyone help us to know how to check "Medical updated in ECAS" ?

You have to show recent Taxation as I think its done in March. so that mean you need option C printout from 2013.

But if you show that you are Canadian Exclusively residing outside Canada you don't need to show option C printout.
but if you show that you are living in Canada then give your Canadian Address.

Yes Canadian living outside...but I did file my taxes for 2008-2012 as I showed I had incorporation business due to business activities. The beginning years were unemployed.
