Hi Igay, u can just send your passport to the cic abudhabi even without this ppr letter. They always have it on file. Also attach a paper mentioning your file # and uci!
You can also email advo for a copy to be sent to your own personal email address and mention the consultant's info and issue. Advo wl send u a copy then.

Congrats igay - Did you sign an agreement with lawyer about the amount ? If this extra amount is not in the clause then you shouldn't be paying it. Also you are able to directly get in touch with ADVO regarding your situation. All the best.
