Did you submit the KSA PCC in your initial application or you were waiting for the letter from ADVO to do the PCC?

we did submit it with our application but that was last year so they asked to submit again and now we are waiting for request letter from ADVO.

Applicants from Saudi! Did you submit the PCC initially with your application? I have heard that Saudi Police Station does not issue PCC until there is a request from the embassy. Please tell ne the procedure or shall i wait and see if ADVO requests is adter the application is semt to their office?

yes we did submit PCC with our Application and yes you do need a request letter from ADVO to get your PCC.

Yup u have to wait for the embassy to issue a letter.

Lol you guys are cute. It's so hard living apart Hope yours works out soon. No this was not a re do we submitted the additional docs along with the police cert. in beginning of april. The medical was done in november.

Tell me about it -.- my husband and I had our nikkah 3 years ago and in those 3 years I've seen him for 5 months in total... Basically for 1 month after my nikah (2011) , 1 month after my wedding (2013) and for 3 months this year. It's nerve wrecking!!!

I filed aplllication to sponsor my husband on 15/05/2014
Got SA on 15/07/2014
Then i received email on 11/8/2014 from cic sayin that they recieve my application for permenant resident on 20/07/2014 ,so i wonder if that email called AOR ?!!!im confused actually cause i heard lots of poeple got AOR
And dont know actually what that really mean
Btw my husband in abu dhabi right now .

Hello Tulip flower - welcome to the forum. Congratulations on getting your SA. Usually we talk about 2 AOR . One from Canada AOR1 and the other AOR2 from Abu Dhabi. AOR1 is usually given when your application is received by CIC - From what we are seeing is that ADVO (Abu Dhabi Visa Office ) sends an AOR2 along with Additional Document Required (ADR ) .

Myself, am still waiting for some confirmation from ADVO - still no AOR2 or ADR. So lets see what happens.

Oh my! I can understand weve had to live apart too for long periods of time. It is very very upsetting. I hope it goes quick and smooth for both of you...

i have another issue that cic wrote my husband name incorrectly i hope
that will not delay the process
