Hi !
I receive Pre-arrival invitation letter one week before but still waiting for passport request or DM.
and in my online account status been showing that,"they are doing background check". this update is been from last 2 months.
my question is how long i have to wait for passport request for my wife. and its necessary that she will receive interview. please let me know

No one can say how long it will take. It varies between application and visa office. No one can say for sure about the interview either. My guess would be one isnt neede but who knows. Unfortunately, you will have to wait
