Spouse open work permit

Hello everyone

My study visa and my husband spouse open work permit is going to expire on November 30th 2019. I don’t have a job in Skilled level O or A or B. But husband is working in a skilled level B. So my question is can we both apply for open work permit together . If he is working in a skilled level B??

No, you must have a NOC 0, A or B job for your husband to get Open work permit. You cannot use your husband's NOC B job to get him a open work permit.

One question. If i get pgwp before expiring spouse open work permit, still she can work untill the end date of her work permit? In the other words, status of student will impact for spouse open work permit?
