I am a student currently pursuing my masters. My spouse has applied for spouse open work permit in the month of May 2017 and his visa got rejected on July 2017.
In the rejection letter they have mentioned the 'financial status' and 'family ties back home' are the reasons for the rejection of his visa. Since we are new to this process we are't aware of few expectations of CIC. Now he has corrected his bank credit that meets the requirement.
Can anyone suggest us as of what to do next, in order to get a positive response this time.
