I have a PR and I am planning to marry my girlfriend in Canada. She is on tourist visa after which we will apply for Inland Spouse Sponsorship and for the SOWP.

How long usually is the validity of the SOWP? I am concerned cos usually the Inland Sponsorship takes longer and her SOWP might expire before the sponsorship is approved.

If it takes longer then you simply apply to extend the BOWP.
