Anyone applied for SOWP in December 2015. Please share your application status either approved, rejected or asked for medical? Any update

My wife's application submitted online inside Canada on December 4, 2015.
No updates yet. Its been 3 months

I am going to apply TRV just need some help.....

Actually in my scenario my PNP PR is in process....waiting for MR with my spouse who is living in back home....I got my BOWP couple days before....going to apply my TRV online.....but I want to ADD MY SPOUSE TOO....She is living back home....I went through the questioner and add our details and got the documentation list .....but no financial statement and other things they need ..... Just TRV form of both....Family composition and digital pics.....with marriage certificate and Copy of my permit


My questions ...

What are the chances we will get the visa?
Any idea how long they will take?
There is an optional document (Letter of Explanation) Do I need to write my story ?
Or
please share your personal experience if you have passed through all this ...

Ok, Assuming your wife doesn't has any legal status in Canada so if your wife is in India the the processing times would apply as per the India visa offices though now they have changed the processing times . Earlier it used to be by specific visa office location now its showing 2 months for India.

Even I applied for my spouse online on Dec 25, 2015 till now no updates.

I have seen on this forum paper applications are getting processed way faster then online application

People from October are still waiting. so the list as far as I know is

Hi, which documents did you attach along with your SOWP application? the online questionnaire does not ask for any financial documents.

When you submit online, you should make a single pdf of additional document and upload with your Letter of Explanation.

I attached documents explaining status of my spouse in Canada, Proof of relationship, Financial documents (bank statements and investments).

In addition to that, you should submit documents to demonstrate your back home ties.
