spouse brother points in FSW???

Hi,
My question is when i apply for EE in FSW category, will I get points for my spouse's brother ( who holds a PR in Canada)?
I will be the principal applicant.

Yes you will get points. You should have more than 67 points to qualify as an FSW applicant. Your spouses brother will not affect your CRS Score in Express Entry however.
