What should I answer to this question - The person I’m sponsoring was declared as my spouse and was already examined as a non-accompanying dependent when I applied for PR. (Note: If you have never applied for PR, answer no)Sorry that was bad information from my part. You can have two applications at once, as long as they are in different streams. So you should be fine to have the sponsorship and FSW together at once. But note you will have to pay costs for two applications until one is finalized.

She has her own separate FSW application where she later provided marriage certificate after we got married, but she was never declared in my PR application coz that was long back and we were not married then.
