Sorry that was bad information from my part. You can have two applications at once, as long as they are in different streams. So you should be fine to have the sponsorship and FSW together at once. But note you will have to pay costs for two applications until one is finalized.

What should I answer to this question - The person I’m sponsoring was declared as my spouse and was already examined as a non-accompanying dependent when I applied for PR. (Note: If you have never applied for PR, answer no)
She has her own separate FSW application where she later provided marriage certificate after we got married, but she was never declared in my PR application coz that was long back and we were not married then.

CIC asks to submit Height and eye color in PPR. How we do that? I Mean which Document we submit for this?

Thank you, If we start working at some other place? Do we need to update new job information at IRCC (like job offer and four pay stubs) OR we don't need to update and just wait for the application to be approved. ?

If I need to update my new job on IRCC, probably it will take at least 2 months to get 4 pay stubs and a letter from the employer, Do the sponsor and principal applicant both have to update or just sponsor?

Just use the new status tracker for spousal application today. Under my activity log, I realised that they requested for DNA for my 2 kids since August 31st 2021 but I never got any mail. Decision has been made based on ECAS, eligibility, background check, medical and biometrics all updated as passed/completed for me but my kids eligibility and background check is showing in progress, could the DNA request be the cause of the delay? ACCRA visa office. I have raised a webform and sent a mail to them but no response. Please what else can I do?

Hi guys,

I need some help. I applied for my husband without sending police clearance. I have written a letter to them that I will send when i receive it and attched proof that I applied for it. Some people are saying they will return incomplete applications. I am worried now. Do you guys suggest I send a new application rather than waste time waiting to return the old one as "incomplete application".

Hello! The letter saying the Police Check was missing and why should have been sent with the application. Did you provide any comments in the application as to why the Police Check was missing? If you did (as I did) don't worry. If you were mute on the subject the decision to reject or send an email will unfortunately lie with the officer. Best of luck

We applied for inland spousal sponsorship in August 2021 but lost a job in mid of January 2022 because of omicron lockdown. just wondering are we fine or its gonna make any issues?

Update: the new tracker and my ircc login portal still say in process, however the status portal (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=) says Decision Made, as of last night, this morning the status of portals not matching still the same.
