So my file is a straight forward case

I have no elligible deps.
no prev marriage.
we have are months apart in birthday.
we have the same nationality.
we have no criminal records

Dependents aren't necessarily a complication. The issues arise when the dependents are not being medically examined, such as in the case of uncooperative ex-spouses.

I agree with MilesAway, dependents don't make a case complicated until they aren't declared on the app.

I entered UCI and Application no. from AOR 1 that I received. What am in doing wrong?

I didnt get SA yet. Could that be the reason?

The UCI in AOR1 is yours not the PA.

I tried linking my application before too with aor1 uci but it didnt work. I also tried putting my file number and my PA's information but didnt work.i dont know how some people link their application.
However, when i got my aor2 with my pa's uci, i was able to link it. So i guess just wait for your aor2.

Assuming you applied outland, you'll receive the COPR in the mail. Then you can either make an appointment at a CIC office, or you can "flagpole" at the nearest US land border.

thank you for your reply. So, we tell the Canadian officer we went flagpole?? I'm confused.

we need to go across the border?? Tell the USA officer we're doing flag pole. But, my husband is American. How do we go about that? I'm a bit confused.

You can either enter the US and visit for a bit, or you can simply tell the US side that you are flagpoling. They'll turn you around and then you can land at the Canadian side.

Enter app number and UCI, and don't enter all the personal info. Try putting just passport number or just something else.

Also, enter 2 for number of people in application for sponsor and PA. If you have a dependent enter 3.

Well I have tried every combination I can think of and it always says no application found.....I give up.
