I have applied for Outland( Spouse Pr Online ) on 24 -feb-2022 still did not received any update yet. No AOR Yet. is this normal procedure becuase it's been more than 3 month and did not any update. how can i contact without UCI or application number.

Hello everyone,
Im PR holder and my husband is not. He is working in Dubai.
I applied for my daughter (who is not PR) visitor visa but she was granted Temporary resident permit. Im in canada with my minor daughter and newborn baby.I was pregnant before coming to canada and gave birth here.
Its over 6 months i have not met my husband. He applied for visit visa but was refused.
I already applied for Sponsorship, but process is pending didnt receive AOR yet.
I am planning to visit my husband for 2 weeks and return back to canada along with my children. My question is will my daughter get visit visa or permit to canada for second time if i apply for her after going to dubai?

Hello everyone,

Have a quick question. I am a canadian citizen who submitted outland spousal application for my spouse on Jan 15th 2022. We got AOR1 on April 1st and our eligibility status was updated to "in progress" on PR tracker on April 19th. But we have no updates since then and are still waiting on sponsor approval. It seems there were a couple of ghost updates in may but no details on approval yet. Given its been over 2 months since AOR1, i was a little concerned and was wondering if anyone else was in a similar boat. Would IRCC share details if i were to call and follow up or is there anything else that i could do rather than just waiting? please let me know. thanks!!!

I apply for spousal pr inland in nov 2021. Got my aor in April and no update after that. Its showing eligibility is been completed but when i try to call to ircc then the system says that we’re viewing your eligibility since I received my AOR. No update after that. Its so frustrating.

I am a Permanent resident of Canada, I filed my wife's spousal sponsorship application by myself on 29 May 2022. In the application package, in IMM 5476(use a representative)form - section B - 6(i)

In that, by mistake I selected second option which is "member of CICC" but actually the correct option is first one(a friend or family member) as I am the husband of the principal applicant who is doing the application behalf of my wife. Thus could you please advice me on this situation? Will this application gets rejected? and what can I do to save the application getting rejection?

Not sure if there is a significant difference, but some members are receiving AOR in 60 days. Regarding PCC, not sure which country it is from , i hope it will be accepted, usually if they want original they might request for it. The rational thinking is, for online process we submit the soft copy of the same. Finger crossed hoping best for you

Same here . But I can't able to check application status through pr tracker and ecas .

I waited for 48 hours , the tracker was active and you can log in with the email address to whom the email was received , in my case the sponsor got the email and was able to log into the system .

One of the requirements is the Photo. Do my husband need to send me the original photo in order for me to include when I mail the documents?

Yes your husband need to send his photos with the date and other information on the back of the photograph.

Your applicantion is waiting for the check of completeness. If it's completed with all the required information and documents, then you will get your applicantion number with AOR.

Hi, I submitted my application for outland PR (spousal sponsorship) on March 18, 2022 using the online portal, and have not heard anything since. I see that several applicants who submitted applications after March 18 have already received an AOR. Is it too soon for me to call IRCC to check on the status. I don’t want to irritate anyone, but I am very anxious to receive an AOR and would like to know where my application stands at the moment. Any advice would be appreciated.
