I traveled to the US a lot for business and contacted the Canadian Boarder Patrol and received a statement of my entering and leaving the country. Maybe she could do that as well at the port of entries for where she traveled?

There are still two months left for February 2025 applications as per the IRCC Processing time.

If after two months, you have not heard anything, your application may be deemed as complex or they need to check more things on the application for security reasons.
Yeah, I understand that but it says two months since January, nothing's changing. I have sent a web form to IRCC and they said they are working to interview my spouse, but it is taking a longer time and they will get back to me. Also, we applied for open work permit and in dec my spouse went to India and we did not think that he can loose his status and now he might not get approved for his work permit.

It sounds like your file is considered complex since they are looking for an interview. Hopefully it will get sorted out once an interview has happened. Good luck.

We got response from IRCC, they are asking for my spouse's interview (applicant), unfortunately they want the in person interview, but my husband is in Canada on visitor status. Not sure what to do now. Does anybody know if they could take the telephone, zoom or teams interview, or it has to be in person? We have already emailed though if they could consider that. They have given us a date for interview on May 19.

I think since covid they are doing video interviews but I can't say 100% due to his location they send him to a location in Canada

Hi Everyone, I have applied for my wife's Outland PR on 12th March, awaiting AOR. I am currently in India for a visit since March 27, is this gonna affect the application process? How long can I stay?

I stayed in canada for nearly 2 years before this visit.
