Hello guys!!!! I need sum advice on spousal sponsorship from pakistan!!!! I got married last month n know i want to sponsor my spouse to canada under family class as i am canadian PR.....
1)i need to know can i submit my sponsorship documents while in pakistan as i m on vacation????
Its up to you, if you courier it from Pakistan you will have to bear the high cost, as compared to couriering it from Canada to CPC-Mississauga. How long are you planning to stay in Pakistan, as PR's must be residing in Canada if they want to sponsor their family members
2)what should i write in the section where it states "ARE YOU LIVING TOGETHER??"
If at the time of submitting the application, you are living together then I guess "yes" would be the answer.
3)what proofs should i provide as its an arranged marriage and was carried out with all traditional rituals???
You need to tell your "story" in one of the questions (how you met, when did you start communicating, baat pakki, engagement, first meeting, mehndi, nikkah, rukhsati, walima, honeymoon etc) and provide evidences accordingly for example pictures of the above events, receipts (wedding shoppings, bookings, jewellery receipts, honeymoon bills), communication proofs (text messages screenshots, skype screenshots, emails, phone call logs, and besides this you should provide all evidences of a genuine relationship that is asked in your document checklist.
4)Do i need to provide utility bills or joint bank statements etc...to prove the relationship???
If you have any "joint" stuff, you can. I am sorry I cannot help you with this one, this is a new requirement as per new forms. New applicants can guide you better.
Any advice would be highly appreciated and if pls excuse any mistake as its my first time writing on this forum
