Inform CIC asap through your lawyer that reconciliation has been done. CIC may schedule you for an interview. Be positive and be true to CIC. Please write a letter detailing the sadness, anger, grief, loneliness, helplessness and fear of unknown you have been suffering since Feb. 2015 and the frustration that resulted in your emotional decision to call your lawyer to with draw your application to free yourself from this painful wait. I asked my lawyer today and he sad that they got a reply back from lvo that the laywer should also inform missisaugia about withdrawl of application , and that was done,
now laywer is telling us that if we want to continue we will have to re apply all over again
what I can do?
is this an option available to me?>
should I directly write lvo and state what you have mentioned above
please kindly give reply
as two weeks have gone by since lawyer informed lvo about situation

As per Naveed comment above an exact similar situation happended in the spousal interview thread where a sponsor withdrew the application and then reconciled. CIC put them in for an interview and the applicant in the interview was grilled about the withdrawal and the reason. In the end the interview officer accepted his explanation. So in a nutshell unfortunately because you have notified CIC of a withdrawal and want to continue the process now. There is a strong (almost certain) possibility they will now interview you or the applicant., and you will have the explain what happened.

please give quick reply....my lawyer says it is not possible to inform lvo about reconcilciation, as the application is withdrawn, but we only sent email to them 2 weeks ago

Hi guys I have a quick update we got re-medical request on Nov 7th medical was done on Nov 8th.
One strange thing was I got a email saying application status has been changed but when I logged into MyCIC to check there was no update :|

I don't know what to suggest since I don't know what is the best decision for you, reapply or inform LVO about reconciliation directly or through lawyer. I am waiting senior members opinion who have seen people going through this situation and successfully overcoming it.

You may make your lawyer inform LVO and Mississauga despite the fact that chances are slim they will over turn withdrawal application. Why not try? Write the frustration you are going through for 21 months to reunite with your spouse. Since you have the representative, LVO may not honour your communication unless it comes from the representative. Tell your representative that I want to try, you do it on my behalf and lets see what LVO replies back.

Or you may re apply but doesn't make much sense to me since you already waited for 21 months so far.

What I wrote above is my personal thoughts, I am no expert, please wait senior members feed back and than act.

call cic directly ask them if u can continue with the process or u have to make fresh application. What we have seen on the forum is that guy contacted cic that he wants to continue woth the app

Calling CIC as the sponsor is a good idea IMO.

I have a question that my pa side decision is made but no 4th line is added in ECAS
And on gckey just remedical passed change occur while no other changes done is it normal?

Any Nov/Dec applicant who have a child? I guess they take more time if you have a child.
