Hi,

It seems they have not approved the eligibility of applicant yet. Once the eligibility is passed they send it for security and back ground checks. And review of eligibility depends on the interview status. Why did they call for interview and how it went (If you can Explain)?
If that went good then hopefully they will start background checks shortly.

interviews was normal she said she is not satisfy but she is also not refusing and she will ask seniors and will inform in 3 days just she asked why i didnt visit when my daughter was born and some other questions she asked questions about different photos , about my spouse job and activities etc then she take some photos of my family visit in pak on this march and police report pray for me thanks

Dear members i open ecas today where my decision is made but in gckey just remedical status changed passed
Any one please tell me what will be next and how many days i get response from cic
My remedical was done on 27 oct 2016

If the Decision Made in on PA side than congrats next you will receive PPR in few days and than submit your passport They update GCKEY after few weeks.

Did you get any reply from the case specific you sent?
I am hopefull for you.your case will inshaALLAH be finalized by end of this month dont loose hope.i know its difficult but we can only wait for the good news. We are almost near.

No, I never did. I just sent one now too (desperate measures). I'm also waiting for my notes in few weeks. Honestly, I don't know why the hold up.

Hey all,

Quick question, I just received a parcel/envelope of documents which include husband's birth registration certificate and mine (translated), with original nikaah nammah.

Re-medical is passed, background check has been in process since Oct 18th, so if there is no DM why did they send the documents back?

I think the critical point for all those applicants whose applications are on hold is the eligibility.. Once you clear the eligibility then the officer dont hold your application.My application also had some issues bevause of which they never even worked on my file but sending them prrof of visit and pics helped me get out of this eligibility phase..i suggest to all those applicants waiting for their eligibility to pass, give it a try by sending whatever proof you have..communication, financial recipts etc
