Walima held after 6 months will be a red flag too. In my opinion, just mention what u already have mentioned in your application, provide the relationship proof like your wife's ticket, chat logs, pictures and your wife's test.

Walima can be held at any time thats not a red flag.

Guys, I am finally going to apply for my spouse application and join you all in this waiting game.

You're applying outland, so you need to send to P.O. Box 3000, Station A. Good luck.

Can anyone tell me what happens when u send the documents? As I sent them pictures of my wife (to London via office and didn't get a reply back from them. Do we get a notification or any sort of msg saying that they have recieved it?

How did u send the documents? Usually they don't reply for the submission of documents. If you have sent those through registered courier then the u can verify only with the help of tracking number.

Hi,

I applied for my husband's immigration in Jan 2016. My application was transferred to the London visa office in march 2016 and I haven't heard back since then.
Any idea when I can expect to hear a response?

kindly need ur guidance what does it mean review of eligibility, means what they see in this stage as it is going still in progress from last month and background check is also in progress from last three weeks. thanks
