Hello everyone ..... we finally got PPR today Alhamdolillah!! I'll update the spreadsheet with correct information. We had a pretty bumpy ride as far as our ECAS status is concerned. It went to DM and then back to In Process after 3 months, we then got a remedical request and now finally PPR. Status on ECAS still shows In Process.

I have an urgent question now, my wife is here in Canada with me on a visitor visa. Is there any way we can submit our passport here instead of Islamabad? I have seen some people mentioning Ottawa but I'm not getting any concrete answers. Can anyone please advise???

Regardless of the birthplace, it's the country of residence that matters when it comes to processing application files.

Did you call CIC to confirm if it's really at IVO? I read somewhere that one member had IVO letter but it actually went to LVO when they called to confirm.

Even TRV is now going to ADVO so why would they transfer it to IVO?

no i didt and like they mentioned thr tht "we r sending ur file to IVO for further processing and we choosed this visa office becus of ur family member nationality " so i dont think thrs any doubt tht my file isn't in IVO and i got married with a Gori so mybe thts a reason to proceed here in IVO as they clearly mentioned thr tht "we choosed IVO becus of ur spouse nationality" tht mean they want to clear things from here ,

RSK saw that you were added to 2016 tab on the spreadsheet. Was it by mistake? You should be under 2015 no?

Yeah, but as mentioned before and seen with other members, it can be a typo. The only way to know for sure is if your wife calls CPC-Mississauga, or if you order notes.

Mistakes on Sponsor Approval are possible as experienced by other members.

Yeah, but as mentioned before and seen with other members, it can be a typo. The only way to know for sure is if your wife calls CPC-Mississauga, or if you order notes.

Mistakes on Sponsor Approval are possible as experienced by other members.
