yes mybe red flags but its doest matter if u have a real relationship and yes i hope they will proceed it very soon

i know but the visa officers take culture so seriously, they don't even care about anything else. just like how some visa officers think rukhsati with quran over head is an "islamic requirement" even though it's not.

yes they do , but in my case they kno tht we have diff background so they cant just ask me for same thing ,in our routine maŕiages yes they ask for rukhsati pics with Quran over head , and if they will call interview thn i will b able to show them more proves

Hope you all are doing good. I just gone through certain pages of this thread and great to see that how people are helping each other. I came to Canada on skilled immigration. As now some marriage fixing is going on. I will be soon in your board.

Could you guys, please let me know, what is the best option to sponsor a spouse.

Case 1: Call on visit visa and apply for inland sponsorship
Case2: Just nikkah and apply for the sponsorship
Case 3: Do nikkah, rukhsati and then apply for sponsorship

Guys, I'm looking for an honest opinion as now I have to go accordingly . Please do aware me of pros and cons.

case 2: not recommended, as CIC usually requests interviews for nikkah-only weddings, and this can add 10+ months to your case.
case 3: this is your fastest and easiest option, so go with this.

Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate.I absolutely agree at the point, where every thing should be done before applying sponsorship.

So what is the processing time now days and if only do nikkah, what could be the strengthen points to make the case stronger. As being female sponsor, it actually become difficult in certain cases.

Kindly guide me how to fill Appendix A i.e Updated Information chart...My father is in Canada & permanent resident. He sponsored my mother. Few days earlier we have received Letter in which they have instructed to fill out Appendix A, updated information chart & submitt it along with original passport to islamabad office.
Kindly guide me whether my mother have to fill out the information of all family members who are not accompanying with her. My Father is already in Canada & i am only child & not dependent. My mother is travelling alone. Kindly guide me. Thanks

Anybody got their passports back from Isl visa office with visa stamped recently?

No one got passport back even those sent on 5th may, dont know why they are too slow in this month?
If anyone got passport back with visa after 6th may please reply...

Apprndix A form is needs to fill when you get ppr if you got then you need to write information about applicant, e.g. name, laste name, high in cm eye color, pp no these all only need to add and print the letter.

Hello ane congratulations for your PPR in appendix A yoi write about applicants eye colour , passport number , expiry date , height , and etc. You can easily google it and send the passports
