Hi,

I have been a silent observer on this helpful forum. My time line for application is:

App recieved Oct 20th 2015
SA: Dec 12th 2015
In Process: 29th Dec

I havent recieved any correspondence for further documentation and my medical is going in to expire in May. I know that an Oct1st applicant got remdical yesterday. I am a bit confused how much longer will it take for the application to finalise.

Secondly my lawyer keeps saying that I would be asked to submit details of any visits to pak after application. However reading through expereices of users in this forum no body seems to have recieved such a request. please advise on this

my timeline's similar to urs. no remeds yet mine expire in aug. no correspondance yet. i know not many people actually get a request for "send us ur recent travel/continuing relationship proofs" hence people send them in voluntarily through email/snail mail to LVO. i was double minded at first, but decided to send some new updates in just last week.

see what u feel like,sometimes docs get lost in the mail as per some mmbers here, so that''s why i emailed first to see if they got them or not. was just checking the costs for FedEx just a while ago. it's around a hundred bucks.

I hv submitted my passport on 20th april... They said within 2 weeks passport visa k sath ajayga.. So hopefully next month mid tak mairay pas passport hoga

Salam all..... how long does the background check takes. My local MP office gives me a update every month since December 2015. And they keep saying security checks which is part of background check is still going on. And as far as I know the background process started since Otober 2015. My husband's second medical expired on April 18, 2016. Never received anything about new medical as well. I dont know its just been quiet from their side. As far as from our file, there is nothig concernig on it. Notes from the officer said nothing anymore is required from sponsor or applicant. Since August 2015, they have been saying its in final stage. This is such a torture, its been exact 2 years since we applied.

Please pray for my husband's visa. Kisi ki shayed dua qabool ho jaye or jaldi visa aa jaye.

i submitted on 20 apr to they said 3 weeks min...

how much is the ticket cost??? and which airline...??
