My friend u r putting ur self into biggggggggg trouble ... Don't lie to CIC. Trust me if u tell them that u r not able to get police certificate from UAE they might give u exception but telling a lie to them is a very big deal. Coz I know they do all kind of background checks even they sent their agents to ur residential area to investigate about u. Plz don't lie to them. If u have any correspondence with UAE ministry in the forms of email plz attach it with ur file. Its not that big deal trust me. But again plz don't lie to them it can effects u in long term as well. Coz they can ban u to enter to Canada for many years just because u lie to them. And hiding a travel history is a big deal.

Hi yeah they asked for re-medical and we did it 3 days ago now waiting for their response.

Yeah IN SHA ALLAH, anxiously waiting for that time .They sent us re-medical request on I think 8 or 9 march.

as i was discuss with you i cant get my police certificate from UAE. Now, i am going to make fresh passport from Pakistan without travel history and going to hide my UAE travel.
My question from you now, as my matric and high school certificate is verified from UAE embassy in Pakistan 2011. is it sign that they will ask me why i attested my certificates from UAE embassy Pakistan?
or i should make police report and get new certificate from board office but only problem they write on certificate is duplicate copy... it will be ok?
kindly let me know waiting for your kind reply.

And one more thing there is one form in which you have to write all ur activities for last 10 years. What will u gonna write on that part if u will hide ur info. U know ek jhut ko chupany k liye 100 jhut bolny partay h. So don't do this type of silly things.

If this is UAE law or rule then they must already know about it. Do u have any emails from UAE ministry or from someone u have contacted regarding this thing?

I think hashipk should clearly write in application why can't get UAE PC along with all the correspondence with UAE authorities.

CIC can confirm with UAE police if they really need to.

didnt get your inbox... on other hand i tried my best via all ways!
basically once they was caught me on some trial but never refer me to court and release me without punishment.
but i am realy shcoked it was in 2012 and after that i worked in UAE with 2 different Visa in Sharjah and Dubai. and cancel my visa normally in 2014 mid

Let me tell you something, when you get your new passport, the old passport's info will remain on the new passport; you can not hide travel history from the Canadian immigration, they will somehow get your old passport info from Pakistan officials. Trust me they will find it. and once they find that information, you'll be definitely taken as person given fraudulent information, and in the end you will be bar from entering into Canada, may be for 10 years or may be for life. Don't ever think of it. Now what I feel personally that either you are lying, (I am sorry to say that), or you r so innocent person(which I doubt). Again take my advice don't listen to anyone, just follow what CIC says, and don't lie to them, specially about your travel history and the old passport. Write a letter to CIC and explain honestly why you can't get your police certificate from the UAE and attach original letter with your application.
