NXR is a visa officer who reads the email first to see what you are asking and he then looks at the status of the file. If it says they haven't started then he will write. Waiting for officer review. If the officer is reviewing the file. He won't answer instead he will forward that email to appropriate officer

how we can know about our visa officer ?

Hi,

I'm hoping somebody on this forum can answer a question I have.

Can my wife courier her passport and pictures to one of the three VFS offices who will then send it on to the Canadian High Commission in Islamabad? Or does she need to drop off the documents in person at one of the three VFS offices?

Second your wife have to go to VFS Pakistan to drop of her Passport in person and also to pickup passport in person as well. Drop the passport at any location LAHORE, KARACHI, ISLAMABAD.

I was thinking she should drop it off in person as well but got slightly confused when I checked the VFS website and it said you could drop it off or courier it to the VFS office. Just trying to get an idea of what people typically do.

I submitted ppr1 on 5 Dec 2015 through e-mail, and forwarded same information through courier services on 5 Dec 2015 and it reached LVO on 11 Dec 2015.
I sent e-mail on 12 Jan 2016 having subject line with "Urgent" but still no any reply from LVO. Pls How much time it takes to ppr2 after ppr1 request?

My wife received an email to submit her passport and two passport sized pictures as per the spec. It came with an accompanying letter. eCAS was not changed prior to us receiving the email. I did however send in a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) on Wednesday through my wife's email. Although they did not directly reply to our CSE the PPR came the following morning signed by Immigration Officer REO.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FORM FOR PAKISTANI NATIONALS
Did you not submit this forms when filling?
Also if you don't have any travel history PLEASE WRITE NO TRAVEL HISTORY. Don't leave it blank

Get that filled out . Send it to LVO ASAP.

Not the answer to your question but I'm with only Nikkah case and I just got uci number...when did you apply?
