My wife bringing Gold jewelry with her and she is coming as new immigrant

1- Does she need to show the receipts of the gold jewelry

2- she plans to bring some of her existing gold jewelry after about a year. how it should be declared now, so we don't pay taxes in future.

Its better to bring the receipts, if the value of jewelry with other cash etc is not more then $10,000 there isn't a problem. Although she have to declare its ball park value in the column where you declare the "value of goods/gifts etc" you are bringing into the country.

I am sorry to read this ipoo. What you have provided doesn't seem sufficient to proof your intent to reside back in Canada. In addition to these documents, CIC is really interested in knowing potential job offers, submitting resumes, speaking to friends in Canada about moving back, any proof to show registration back to school for kids, leases, rentals etc. etc. If you can gather all this, and submit it in timely fashion. Hopefully, with additional information, they can revert back their decision.

Guys need your opinion, what should I give more info to them?

I am a Canadian Citizen, disable, gave my ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program letter), Bank Statements, Credit Cards info, wrote the info about my intention to reside in Canada, wrote why I have to live with my family(as there is no one who can my family live with) even then I get this letter, now can you guys tell me what else should I send them? Any suggestion please?

PS. my family needs me, I can't leave them that's for sure.

foreign national who makes an application referred to in subsection (1) and is the sponsor’s
spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child who has no dependent
children, if the sponsor will reside in Canada when the foreign national becomes a permanent
resident.
You do not appear to meet these requirements because your sponsor is currently residing
outside of Canada. I therefore have concerns that they may not be eligible to sponsor you. I am
providing you with a final opportunity to provide evidence of your sponsor’s return to Canada or
their intention to return to Canada.

Here's my timeline.

We received your application for permanent residence on July 6, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 17, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you correspondence on November 12, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Till now i haven't received any letter from them neither from email or by mail.
i contacted my lawyer he said they required a english Nikka nama and fee is required to pay.
Can somebody help me with this how long to receive a letter from them or how should i contact them to let them know that i haven't received anything from their side. I already send the email but no reply
???

Wa Salam Zafar LVO use to send emails very late, do one thing send email to LVO or send case specific inquiry and ask them i didn't receive any email about this i hope they will send u an email.
