After long wait for DM I sent them email on October 19 they replied me that my file is wtng for organization of interview in Pakistan. I am wondering I ve been in UAE since last 3 years y they r sending my interview there.. Anybody knows how much time they normally take to arrange interview?

once you received interview date / time if it is for Pakistan you can request them for UAE.. maybe they will change.

I would suggest emailing them right away. The interview dates in Pakistan take a long time, why wait that long? Tell them you are in UAE and you'd like to have the interview there. Hopefully if the high comminssion of canada is more adequately staffed in uae you can have your interview within a month or two as opposed to waiting for a year for it in Pakistan.

Do u mean LEGAL or genuine? What what your legal issue in the marriage?

My bad... i forgot how this immigration wording works...

so no legal issue they were concerned of relationship being genuine..since my husband has a brother here they think he is applying to come here for his brother.

and since my husband are only 2 brothers so that makes them doubted that they are just brother uniting no other genuine relation.

My husband received ppr request this morning to be submitted at islamabad but my husband recides in uae since past 3 years so what should he do.Any one have any idea?
He emailed case specific inquiry to london but still i m confused ?
any help

Alhamdullah Alhamdulillah!!!!!
The status for my husband has chamged to DM today!!!
He got back all his original docs a couple of days ago, and everything has been redone.
I truly hope and pray that this is a positive decision and he gets PPR soon.
Anybody care to share their experiences?

He got back all his original docs a couple of days ago, and everything has been redone.

Yes it is a positive sign congrats... same thing happened with my sister you should be getting the PPR next week

they keep all the documents just sends back originals. Although if the above docs you mentioned were original you should do a Case specific inquiry. Coz I got back my FRC and photographs, although my wife's original job certificates and letters were not sent back.
