Mera nikkah nama English main he tha and muje translation ki request nahe ae additional document request bhe nahe par 2 Oct 2015 ko mera original Nikkahnama and pictures wapas aen I am Feb 19 applicant in process since 6 September still waiting

My nikah nama was also in english and they never asked me for the Urdu. Hope that situation might also be in your case..

did you inform them about baby, & all visits or they never asked ?$

We submitted application when baby was few months old...they know about my visits....they havs all the proof as well....

I would just send a Case Specific Enquiry, letting them know you have submitted the original nikkah nama in English. Note *where* the Nikkah Nama was provided and that they had the option for English forms which were used at the Nikkah ceremony.

alhumdulilah alhumdilah i just checked my status right now it says Decision Made. Mercy 24 please update spreadsheet. For those of you who submitted English nikah nama that is fine nothing to worry about. Just write a note that that is all you have. Don't worry.

Hello.
Thanks for the reply. Well im not sure when back ground check started but it may be after august 19 because that was when we got last correspondence from them. I asked my lawyer about how long it will take,he said that we can not predict because it vary from person to person and he is hopeful that we wil get ppr before end of this year,.
When did your background check start and are you sponsoring wife or husband?

My wife has sponsored me. No, I don't know since when my background check started. By the way my last correspondence was done in mid May-2015 and since then no update from LVO. Lets hope to have PPR soon InshahAllah

This is pretty normal. ECAS is not always updated, it may take few more days until you get through with your status, so keep on checking it with as much IDs.

But I was able to logged in and can view my status(in process) aswell.. But now its not working.. I m continously calling them but they are not answering my call.. Really depressed situation ;(

My wife is Canadian Permanent Resident.
Application received in Mississauga: 21-March-2014
After sponsor ship approval, file transfer to LVO directly: 26-April-2014
I didn't do upfront medical.
Received Medical request: 11-Feb-2015
Status changed to "in-process": 13-Feb-2015
Medical done: 24-Feb-2015
Status update "Medical results received": 7-Mar-2015
LVO start working on our file: May-2014
Request for re-submission of few forms: 2-May-2015
Send updated forms via email: 9-May-2015
Send updated forms via courier: 9-May-2015
Forms received by LVO as per tracking: 12-May-2015
Thru MP we came to know that our file is under "Background Check"
Order NOTE: 11-Oct-2015 (waiting for feedback)

Asking for your advise, i already have TRV for canada valid for 4 years (sponsor is my wife) and i am planning to apply for immigration. Does anyone have any idea if my case will be processed soon since they do background check before issuing TRV as well. Sorry i know this is not the right forum for people who are going to apply, but if someone can share their experience (similar to my case), would be helpful. Thanks a alot
