i wish we can have more May & June 2015 applicants posting their timelines on the spreadsheet to get a good idea of how CIC is proceeding these days. Seems like they have started processing May-15 applications which is a good sign. I'm Jun-15 applicant and my status changed to in-process immediately after file transfer to London with a third liner that 'we started processing *my wife's name* application on Aug 21, 2015'. This 'in-process' status to me is different from older file status where status only goes In-process when they are about to make a decision.

Have a question for all applicants who applied before May-2015, when ur file went in process was their a forth liner in the Applicant's status ? and what does that say? Just a bit confused how would i know when they actually start processing my file as the status is already 'in-process' ?

Well this is a confusion everyone on this forum is facing.... I too believe that the meaning of "in process" has changed.
Refer the spreadsheet on pointer 30 is noorulain n i see that shez in process since june 1st wk n still no DM which is strange cuz usually we used to see that after in process ppl got DM max within 3-4wks but now it's different
Almost all 2015 applicants on spreadsheet are now in process n its hard to believe that it means same as before but yes i do pray n hope that all these get DM n PPR quickly. Lets hope for the best

now days visa office update status properly IN PROCESS means they start working on your file , Its not like you are near to Decision made.

I had my interview yesterday. Unfortunately we did not get visa on the spot im very confused. Visa officer did not accept or refuse but said i will get reply back when she goes back to London in a month. She did not even take passport but she kept some stuff like ruksti pictures, passport photos, copy of passport, police certificate, money transfer. Should i be worried?

Aoa mjvc when had u applied ur case n what kind of questions they had asked u n ur spouse in interview

We paid it online through our credit card from Karachi and sent the confirmation to cic by courier.

You can see my complete file status on my portfolio. I'm surprise because LVO updated my status to "In-Process" in Feb-2015 when they send me medical request but last week I just saw "start processing on your file May-2014". I have applied in March-2014 and file got transfer to LVO on End April-2014.
My question is that why they have made this change? Is this a good sign?

What and when should I expect their feedback?

DID ANY DECEMBER 2014 APPLICANTS GET DECISION MADE YET--- and what date did you file your application???

I am also waiting for DM. Missisauga received my app Dec 18/14 and I did re-med Sept15/15. It's been nearly a month and according to other people's timelines there should be a DM by now! My MP has been helping keep tabs on the case and last week he was able to find out that everything in my file is complete and the re-med was the last step. This worries me about why they're taking so long

Thats good news Maria! The PPR will come don't worry...At least your application is complete and you know that they are working on it. What date did you go in process? This gives me hope too as I am a January applicant

My wife also contacted to MP and explained them whole case scenario. On our request MP official lady send an email to LVO to inquire our case status as LVO didn't reply against our 2 case specific inquiries. After a week time MP official lady got the reply from LVO and she told us that our file is in "Background Check". I don't know how much time they will take in background check?? Anyone has idea?

I'm just waiting for praying and this is what I can advise you. Don't worry all of it will come to a positive end InshahAllah... good luck Tnx

Our file went into process around Aug 20th. You are in a good position, It seems they are processing 2015 aplicants faster and have put 2014 applications on the backburner.

They interviewed me and my husband and they interviewed us separately!
They asked some questions that were same and some that were different.

So you have to travel to Pakistan for interview?
