Dear Brothers/sisters,

I don't know since when my ESAC status says In Process as i was not checking it and my time line is under my profile , I see people who have submitted application around us are getting their visas issued but we haven't heard any thing from last 2 months from CIC . Upfront medical was done in oct 2014 and re-med request was received in sept 2015 and done and cic had asked for additional documents ( police certificate, rukhsati pics , communication etc) we submitted that in first week of September but we didn't get acknowledgement of any of that and the ecas is not updated . My ESAC detail are as below im worried can any one help me out with this .


1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 15, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on February 18, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. We sent you correspondence on August 21, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Which is imm0008 form? I cant open it online neither can i find it in my documents. Wat is it abt ? Can u please tell me

you may try to open in other pdf software if ur current pdf doesn't open. IMM0008 is a form with bar code. that's why it doesn't open in some pdf software.

i got ppr on 29th sep. i sent my passport on 2nd october via tcs as i live in Multan and no VAC here. then i read on internet that if you havent paid RPRF upfront then they dont issue visa. i paid my RPRF on 11th oct and send the receipt to islamabad and uk. can anyone tell me in how much days i expect visa ???

You are lucky to get PPR even without having paid RPRF. Anyhow, its still ok if you have paid it and provided the receipt to both Isbd and LVO. Previously, it was like this that they will send you ppr and RPRF request at the same time (was same in my case from Beijing embassy in 2011). So should be no problem.

I'm surprise because LVO updated my status to "In-Process" in Feb-2015 when they send me medical request but last week I just saw "start processing on your file May-2014". I have applied in March-2014 and file got transfer to LVO on End April-2014.
My question is that why they have made this change? Is this a good sign?

What and when should I expect their feedback?"

I understand your frustration, we have been stuck in immigration since 2010 because they rejected our first case because of stupid technicalities of date on the Nikah nama. It feels even more stressful now that we're close but still don't know exactly how far. Basically, it's been an extremely long, mentally exhausting journey. But I pray for everyone on this forum and thanks to everyone for keeping me in yours.

You should really order notes to see what is going on with your file. Or contact your MP and ask him to investigate for you... ITs almost a year and a half and your case is still left pending while others get their cases finalized in under 8 months! Do take some notice please. First of all, order notes.

They put in the processing date to when the file was received in LVO. Mine for instance says went into process Dec 18th, and truly the status changed on Aug 17th.

Currently, all the new applications whether pakistani or not are changing immediately to in process as soon as the file is transferred from Mississauga to the visa office. It doesn't necessarily mean the file is already open.

Yes, first three lines are the same i.e.
1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 10, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on November 12, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.

The fourth line appears only on wife's (PA) status
4. We sent you correspondence on October 5, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

We sent an email to LVO yesterday, inquiring about receiving of re-med results and seeking their advice to do re-med again. This morning we contacted IOM (local Panel Physicians) that if they had forwarded re-med results. By evening they responded that they forwarded results on 02 June, 2015. We are really confused what is going on with our case, please suggest what to do?
