My passport is expiring in January 2016 , and I have applied for new one, which I shall receive in a week or so. Now I'm wondering should I informe LVO about it , or send new passport when my PPR arrive, InShAllah.....

Just send the new passport, no need to inform them. When your PPR arrives it will include schedule A form and you will fill out your new passport number.

He has to travel before/on that date otherwise his visa/copr will expire. It's Friday already, chances of him getting an extension in such short notice seems unlikely. Would be wise to just travel and complete his landing at all cost.

He didn't know his medical will be expiring June 7th?

once visa/copr is expired is it possible to renew it, if yeas then how much time it takes to renew,pls

He knows that his medical is going to expire on 7th but he did not received any letter for re-med, even he was not sure that he wil get visa stamped in such short time period.

No i don do a gov job bt hv travelled six times in different countries n only for a month.

In January 2015 they asked me for additional documents and then i received an email from Delhi immigration regarding medical (just Xray) in April 2015. The medical is been done in early May and now on 30 May my status says ''Decision Made''. TODAY MY WIFE RECEIVED A PASSPORT REQUEST ALHAMDOLLILAH. Please re-check with your cousin what are the validity dates on visa and on COPR. It is a normal practice with CIC that if someone does not called for re-med his medical is extended for another 12 months.

There is no way to extend validity, he still has time to enter Canada, one of my friends wife had some problem back home and she managed to enter the very last day of her visa before midnight.

Congratulations on your passport request. How did you got passport request? Was it through email or mail mine is decision made on May 21 but no letter or email yet?

My cousin got visa stamped today, and validity is 7 Jun 2015, if he could not move within this time will his visa expire, can he extend his time, whom he has to write for extending this time? if some one have such experience then an urgent response is requested, pls

this is extremely stupid of CIC, to give few days to land.

If he doesn't arrive by june 7th, he will have to re-send back the Visa/COPR/passport to Islamabad, possibly complete another medical and wait for new visa/copr

Should try to fly out ASAP on any available flight if possible

Hi; my wife gave her passport today at Islamabad VFS.

I am checking the tracking website now and following message apperas:

Visa application, tracking ID No.20150605XXXXXXXX Your processed passport has been received at the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 05/06/2015 and is ready for collection. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

Does it mean they stamped it the same day?
