I absolutely stand with Info's stance here. TRVs are resulting in Rejections these days. But if you want to give it a try, go for it if you don't mind spending $100 and some extra time.

A good question. I think usually PCC expires in 6 months. But I haven't read or heard a case where they asked for PCC again.
Yes you can Link your application with GC key even principal applicant, try to search "Hit Submit & Canada" channel on YouTube, on that channel the guy explained it briefly how you can Link your application with GC key.
In my case I provide them re PCC before my interview with additional documents.

And one more question
Is there any need to inform LVO that there's no change in any circumstances just like they asked in email step 1 should any of the following circumstances Apply to you or any of accompanying family member, you must inform IRCC London immediately : Change in marital status, change in family composition , death of PA or spouse , change in health etc.. or there's no need to reply them because in my case there's no changes ?
You can fill it with pen and if there is no change then no need to inform Lvo.

What's about pictures, they require two pictures of 50mm by 70mm with white background. And they require the name, DOB of the person and date of picture taken, name and address of studio.. so I want to know that only the back of one picture or both pictures we should write these requirements? And should we write the application number along with these requirements or not?
November 2022 Oultand Applicant. Biometric and medical is completed in May 2023. My wife is already in Canada on TRV came 2 months ago, still we got letter for telephone interview. Anybody in same scenario?. What they normally ask in telephonic interview?
They had take our interview on video call London Visa office, it was more than one hour, I was in Karachi, Pakistan and my wife was in Canada that time, first they asked lot of questions about our relationship to me, then they called my wife there in Canada and match my answers with my wife's answers.. but Alhumdulilah we passed the interview.. And luckily that visa Officer was really polite and cooperative
