Got the visa and COPR picked up. Submitted passport on Jan 19 at Lahore VFS. Dispatched on feb 6. Picked up yesterday. Yahooo....

Hi...is there anyone whose visa officer is SXB and had Decision Made in the end of 2015 and got the PPR till now??? :'(

My visa officer is SXB and had Dm on 18 nov and didnt got the ppr till now

My visa officer is SXB and have decision made since December but I was asked to submit photos now I am waiting since then.

I applied and sent my application on Jan 11th, 2016, almost a month now, still no acknowledgement from CIC, is this normal? Also i have included 'user representative' form with my application, i'm assuming all the correspondence will be going to him.

Has anyone noticed or experienced slow/fast processing of a case because of 'user representative'?

Hi,

It usually takes a tad longer than a month for them to send in acknowledgement/correspondence once you have filed the case. As to your question about using a representative - Yes, the correspondence shall be going to him/her.

Also, using a representative doesn't have an impact on the processing time.. Ideally, a sound representative helps you get everything in order before the case is filed (In terms of forms, proofs etc), but once it is filed, there isn't much he/she can do.

On the '' Generic form '' I select Language of interview '' Urdu '' and Interpreter Required ''Yes'' .. So my Question is, Is CIC going to Provide Interpreter or We have to Arrange one by our own ?? Waiting for you Replies Guys .
