Hope everyone fine on this forum, first of I thanks to management of this forum for help others via this forum and second those who really cares for others and help with their exprience.
let move to my problem, kindly read carefully and advice back I am too much worried.
I am Pakistani National and in 2011 move to UAE for job, with 3 different types companies I work till March 2015 and cancel my visa.
Got married in October 2015 ,gather all required documents as per requirement from CIC expect a police certificate from UAE.
It's being now 4 months I tried every sources embassy,constalate in Pakistan, my friend check on my behalf and visited Sharjah police dept they said he need active visa for it.
When I tried to speak ministry of interior UAE online on their website they said I can't take without active Emirates I'D mean without active visa.
Now I am in trouble and we didn't apply our file yet due this, here I need advice for seniors what to do ? We should apply without it with cover letter and send letter as I am trying to get job visa from UAE.
Another thing I am here mention that once in 2014 I get Police clearance certificate from Sharjah UAE for job purpose, can I attached it ? Because it's old more than year now and purpose was also job instead of immigration.
Or I should wait until I get police certificate from UAE, as per Pakistani applicant I need to submit my original education documents so if I submit original I can't take interview for job. But that's not priority, we need to apply ASAP because we already waste 4 months.
Kindly advice seniors according to situation what I have to do now ?
Waiting for healthy replies.
Note:if someone can help me to get UAE police certificate and know any way I will pay him his money.

how many days from dispatched to received passport ???

We didn't get any call for a week then I made a call and inquired about it and next day we picked

My wife submitted her Passport on January 21 at VFS Lahore. Anyone know how long it take. If anyone submitted passport at VFS Lahore please reply.

Salam.
I am in Canada and my wife is applying open work permit from Pakistan

In the document checklist of the work permit applied outside of Canada has Family Information (IMM 5707) form which we have to submit. But when i went to cic website, step 2, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5487ETOC.asp#5487E4 for guide there is Family information form available but its number is IMM 5645. On the same website page there is checklist in PDF and when i open, it is showing different form number for family information form.

So can anyone tell me which form is relevant either IMM 5707 or IMM 5645..!

I don't know but its my personal feelings that I believe CIC is working on Syrian Refugees, and most of the staff is currently working on it.

I don't think so...I think once they have asked for additional documents after that they move to next cases and I don't know when they review the additional documents of the pending cases...here we can only hope and believe our luck...

Other thing is I think I have made a mistake again...they asked for nikkah nama and after reading so many posts I came to know it means the nikkah nama original paper filled by molvi sahab and not the certificate issued by NADRA

M I right? I hope not otherwise they will again ask me to submit that and again long waiting session...

I have sent them the translated one and not the original one...can I email them the original nikkah nama?

Will it make any difference or they need to have the original by post only?

Has anyone applied for Permanent Resident Travel Document recently?I have not received my PR card yet due to which I had to apply for PRTD from Islamabad..Please if anybody has any idea how long is it taking for them to issue the visa,let me know..
They said to me earlier that it will take 2-3 weeks,submitted my passport on 26th Jan,2016..
Any help would be much appreciated.

Regardless of VO if you had DM in Dec 2015 and haven't received PPR send case specific enquiry or email with "URGENT" in subject and tell them you had DM on ?? Dec 2015 and did not hear from LVO since DM.

I just got my notes and I am not pleased with them. None of the checks have been started yet, all of them show "Not started" and location is "PA- Put away".

Anyone been in this situation? How long does processing usually take after this?

Do they not touch the PA cases now or what?

Hey when i received my notes end of December, my wife's file was the same too...
