I request please to all those going for interviews, share this list of things to bring.... This is what I received from LVO.


You must bring this letter to the interview along with:
 Current phone number for your sponsor in Canada.
 Four recent passport size photographs for you and all dependents. (Please see attached for photo specifications)
 Marriage photos showing participation by relatives and family friends (Please label all photos, giving the names of persons in the photo, relationship to you, date and place the photo was taken).
 Post wedding/honeymoon photos taken with your sponsor and family members taken on different stages.
 Updated original police certificates from all districts/areas for yourself and all dependent children who are over 18 years of age. They must be from ALL the districts and areas where residence was for more than six months.
 Proof of contact and evidence of on-going relationship with your spouse: i.e. copies of e- mails, letters and greeting cards along with stamped envelopes, e-cards, telephone bills showing numbers dialled both from Pakistan and Canada and any other proof of contact you wish to submit. Used phone cards are not considered proof of contact.
 Proof of your sponsor’s recent visits (if any). Submit copies of all pages of your sponsor’s passport(s) showing entry and exit stamps.
Receipt of information from client Please bring to interview proof of contact between you and your sponsor, since your sponsor returned to Canada in March 2014. This should include telephone bills / proof of e-mail contact / money transfers / If your sponsor has visited you in Pakistan since March 2014, provide proof of this, including copies of Pakistani entry and exit stamps in sponsor’s passport.

Each case is different of course.

If you have been asked for an interview that means the officer has doubts about whether your relationship is really genuine.
Think of what makes them doubt it, it should be fairly obvious, were you married before? did you have a short relationship before getting married? do you have a child from previous marriage, difference in religion? difference in education capability? different cultures or back ground?

Make sure to take plenty or proof with you.

Salam to all. Alhamdullah I got the passport request.They asked me to submit passport in Riyadh.If I want to submit my passport in pakistan then what can i do?Is it possible to submit my passport in my home country?

Or anyone who have already take pictures from any studio of Riyadh.Can you please share his address.

Advice seniors.
It's 4 month nwe got married but my wife ( Canadian Citizen) didn't apply my file yet due to some problems which are.
1. I was live in UAE for last 4 years and cancel my visa I didn't have police cerificate from UAE yet, I contacted UAE embassy in Islam a bad they required 4 months for it. I am planning to go my self applied for visit visa.
2. Original educational documents also with me I hold them to apply for job so as soon got job will send to my wife.
Please advice what to do she should apply without these educational original document and police certificate or should wait for them and apply later.
Waiting for kind and positive response from seniors hope I will get answer soon.

I got interview call too and they did ask for RPRF fees that I already paid upfront. I got also the following

OWN RISK MEDICALS: Please note that we have issued medical instructions for you (and your dependents). The issuance of these medicals does not guarantee the approval of your application. The decision to approve/refuse you application will take place at the interview.

Any one please explain what that means? I did not get any other email regarding medical

Thanks Savera but as they written in package that original education documents should attached.
And if send notarized copy foreign office attested enough or I need to do from Canadian Embassy from Islam a bad too ? I have Matric,inter and bachelor degree.

Oh okay. I am currently out of country though. How do you suggest I start my letter to them? I am kind of nervous so I want to make sure I gather all the correct information so that they can respond well. I was requested for additional documents back in October. No response from them ever since...

find out who your MP is and ask him you want to inquire about the spousal sponsor application. tell him that you are out of country but can provide information that he/she requires in the email and go from there. Also mention that you submitted additional documents and if MP can check LVO received them or not.

Thanx. Actually I am in Saudi Arabia.May be my case is different from you.Anyhow almost after 2 months of Re medical CIC asked me to send a background deceleration form again.Then almost 1 month DM on ecase then after one week request for passport.(Alhamdulliah)
