WRONG.

The COPR is NOT considered a PR Card.
You will need the transit visa on the return journey, because the Canadian IMM Visa (sticker in passport) is only single entry and will be used up when you enter Canada. On Pakistani passport either you obtain a transit visa, or change your plan for the return journey.
Only place where you don't need it is via Middle East (Doha, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Istanbul, etc).
For Europe you will require airport transit visa. And for USA also you will require valid US Visa.

If you try to travel to France without valid visa or PR Card, you will be denied check-in/boarding (at the airport in Canada) and waste your ticket/money.

Can you help me how am I supposed to get a transit visa then for France?

In 2 days it will be a whole year since I submitted my application hope to be reunited with my husband soon

Any idea after remdical done 6 month ago what can I expect and how I wud be informed status show in process

Wait, what? Will there be a problem if I intend to use following flight plan in order to reach Canada (once the visa is issued)

Yea there is a problem, you can't go through US. Seattle is in US. Airport won't allow you to board

you can go through middle east

Pakistan>(Doha, abu dhabi, Dubai, Amsterdam, or Istanbul)>Canada
flights you can try are

PIA, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, KLM, or Emirates

I received first email today from CIC about receipt of file. I sent application in early october.

When I am checking online status, their I can see 2 different portions:

1st saying SPONSORSHIP IN PROCESS while other column says PERMANENT RESIDENCY APPLICATION STATUS AS "APPLICATION RECEIVED"

Whats the difference between these two? Please reply if anyone knows.

May ALLAH also ease up the process for everyone and reunite them with their significant other. , they are submitting passports tomorrow so that it could be out this week, hope to get it before Christmas holidays. INSHA ALLAH.

Your immigration is a two step process.
In the first phase your sponsor’s eligibility is being assessed and approved this might take between 6-8 weeks or maybe longer
Once the sponsor gets approved the second stage begins which is your permanent residency case. This process takes somewhere between 6 months to 2 years or maybe longer depending upon the comprehensiveness of the application package provided

Did you just mail the documents or email them too? If you do both they respond faster. I did that when they requested for add docs and on the email I gave the tracking number of my courier along with a PDF of my docs they responded within a week with the PPR request.

I just received a response that they've got the documents. but nothing else. eagerly waiting for the next step now.. any idea how much longer. medical is expiring soon too

Mostly photos are saved as .JPEG files, please save them in that format.

Previously it was in Drop Box ,now I have chnage format in PDF . PDF Format is acceptable them ??

Medical if you did not do it upfront. When you get sponsor approval and they forward your file to London. It states in that letter, if you haven't done medical please do so.
If you did medical upfront and if your case is smooth (no problems), Then I don't think you need a remedical. I did not do re-medical

i havnt done upfront medical bcz on cic site proccssing time is 28 months thts wy we thought .i will do when they will send req for the medical. . waiting for the request .but when i got email of aplication aproval this is writen in the lettr about requirment.. i m confused wht should i do about medical.. should i do medical now or still wait for their req of medical??????????

Requirement for Medical Examination
If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an original
Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Upfront
Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination
and, once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy
of this letter. If you have not already submitted a medical, your application has been transferred to the
visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative must forward the medical information directly to the visa
office to allow continued processing of his/her application. Failure to do so will result in delays and
possible refusal of your relative's application.
