What do you need for someone who travels with a child (from Pakistan to Canada for the first time) where the child has Canadian citizenship and a Canadian passport (but born in Pakistan)? Are there any other documents you need for the child (besides Polio certificate?) Any insights from people who have travelled with kids before will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

The child needs either NICOP from NADRA or his / her passport stamped from local FIA office. Otherwise the immigration at the airport won't let them board a flight.

I am Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife.
Alhamdulilah my wife got PPR request on Sep 10th 2015. I have a question regarding Visa application centre karachi.
1. Do I have to submit the original passport to VAC along with 2 photos?
2. Do they return the passport stamped with PR visa at same VAC location to collect with COPR?
3. In Appendix A , principal applicant would be my wife and under spouse would be my information or its blank?

Same case here, i have a 5 months baby and i have applied for baby's Pakistani Passport after confirmed from FIA ISB, They suggested me to have Pakistani ''Passport'' or ''NICOP''
as a travel document of baby to exit country if baby is born in Pakistan. So its essential.

Did you tell the FIA that, the baby has a Canadian Passport? I don't understand why would someone needs another passport while travelling on one? I do know that Canadian/Pakistani Origin needs a VISA to enter into Pakistan, for that one needs either valid NICOP or a Pakistani Passport for VISA alternate, but my question is why would a Canadian needs NICOP/Pakistani Passport to travel Abroad?

my file is transferred from Mississauga to London in June 2015. I sponsor my wife from Pakistan. I applied for her visitor visa and she got her visa and coming to Canada end of this month. My question is : does it help anyways in our immigration case, and when she is here what things I should do if later on London ask more proofs or anything.

I and 2 others got decision made on 12th sept alhamdulilah. Did any of u get ppr? Any idea how long wud it take to get that letter ??

The child has a Bay form, can this replace the need for Pakistani passport or NICOP? I have some people telling me it can, and it's getting confusing.

I would double check and confirm. People were not let depart because they did not have NICOP or visa on the canadian passport. I never hard of the Bay Form.

A 'Bay' form cannot replace Pakistani passport or NICOP. It is not a valid travel document.
One lady had a Nadra Birth Certificate and they refused it as a substitute for Pak pp or NICOP.

Yeah i talked in detail and argue that the baby have already form B and birth certificate from the same institute then why he need passport or NICOP, he is citizen of another country, but he told if baby is born in country then he can not travel without Passport or NICOP.

There should not be any problem. You can plan your travel as you like.
To be hundred percent sure and confident, I would recommend you to send a query (email) to the visa office where you got your visa stamped with your file number and name as the subject.

i have a question if my visa is getting stamped from abu dhabi vo, can i go to Pakistan before and travel from there to Canada? or i have to travel from UAE only.

It should help because at times LVO sends a request for proof of continuous relationship.
For which one can include emails, skype chat, viber, call logs, facebook and other social media conversation with the spouse.
If your wife is living with you, this simplifies visa officers job. At your place, I will send all proofs that justify that the couple is living together (copy of visa, boarding pass, passport page with exit stamp etc).

What is the duration of the visit visa? Did you get the visa for the exact duration that you requested?
