My sister in law got PPR mail today, n i am still stuck after AOR 2, I don’t know why are they doing this with us

They send pre arrival and then asks for police certificate or re medical in most of the cases. Other than that they don’t ask you for ADR after pre arrival

See this is the timeline
They did ask for adr but sent precarrival the next day only when adr was not submitted when so it’s quite surprising isn’t it ??

Oh yes you are right so pre arrival is only issues when relationship is considered genuine , that’s true .
Adr if it doesn’t require any relationship proofs means they need it for background check only and they can send pre arrival anytime if they only need adr for back ground checks
I have a feeling if adr is regarding the principal applicant only then the officer has already considered relationship as genuine ??? Is it so ?

Yes you can say that, I too got pre arrival without any ADR, and even without any remedial or police certificate renewal request, but am already in canada on TRV, may be thats the reason for me not getting remedical or police certificate
