Finally my brother (19th, September, 2019) application got an ADR today.

Hopefully i’ll get an ADR soon too. But i wonder how are they gona finish the process before Christmas break ?

Usually when it says we r waiting to hear from u. It means they need some documents (ADR).

When and what was the last update you got?

It depends on the Documents you already provided. If they satisfied with those, they will send you pre-arrival otherwise you will get the ADR.
I am also curious about mine, didn't get anything. I was expecting the ADR as the current trend goes. but now i can't predict anything. Immigration goes by luck.

Why would they send me ADR ? They agreed upon my relationship with my wife that’s why I got visit visa.and for pre arrival am already in canada what would I do with that pre-arrival? I don’t think those two make any sense in my case

They asked for updates if any, on travelling and I sent a new police clearance certificate on Aug 28 2020. no news after that. any insight please. I am April 4 applicant. It says "in progress"
