It says under the “review of Additional documents” section on gckey that “the additional documents you have provided have been uploaddd”? Does this mean they received my Adr?

Yes, if it says that under review of additional documents then it has been uploaded successfully. Good job.
Also if your application status went from your action is required back to submitted then it is also an indicator that you have provided the adr successfully.

Don't want to sound negative and not to mention yesterday there was a huge spike of covid cases in London UK - over 15000 - crazy
That being said keep fingers crossed and hopefully we will all get the good news soon!!!
