LVO bringing up totally non-sense issues. What is wrong if the jewellery receipt is under husband name while he is not there? LVO has done P.hd. on Pakistan's culture and traditions so they should know receipt can be made under any person name even if he or she is not there. Even in Canada here jewellers can make receipts under any person's name What's the big deal. Husband looks tired. really? It could be any reason. May be long hectic day for him. Busy with so many things previous days. May be not enough sleep. For these reason they are calling for interview. Doesn't make sense to me.

When did ur wife apply for trv...before or after marriage? Ans what reason dif she give for the visit?

She didnt apply for trv. she is from visa-exempt countries.

Looks good. Also add communication proof prior to moving to canada ever since the relationship started-screenshots of whatsapp texts n call logs, emails, skype logs and/or screenshots, receipts of gift exchanges, facebook feed including relationship change announcement n friends' comments, money transfer receipts.

Answer the following questions to yourself.

How long did u stay in Pak after marriage, what is the age difference like between you two, is the girl older? Did you guys look happy n comfortable in the pics u submitted, Did u provide sufficient pics of wedding ceremony plus honeymoon? Did u apply late after marriage? Does the applicant has previous Canadian visa refusals: trv or student visa? Do you have a lawyer..did u miss any requestof additonal docs from LVO? Also check ur forms..maybe u have filled something incorrect.

All these can be possible reasons for interview.

Many lawyers miss communication from visa office and don't forward it to the client. When the visa office doesnt receive response, they put in Interview or refuse case. Lawyers are a pain.

Many lawyers miss communication from visa office and font forward it to the client. When the visa office doesnt receive response, they put in Interview or refuse case. Lawyers are a pain.
