Sorry for asking you again but do you mind sending across the address to which we can courier voluntary proof? Also do I have to mention my application number in an enclosed letter or does it need to be put on the envelope? Please give any guidance you may have regarding sending voluntary proof to LVO via courier.

I think travel agents are unnecessary. They're only good for people booking vacations with hotels and whatnot. You're best bet is to go on cheapoair.com . They literally have the cheapest prices and booking discounts. Be warned though that if you use this service, DO NOT MISS YOUR FLIGHT. If you have problems, they're not helpful. It's only a good option if you know you won't be missing flights or needing hotels.

How do people with Nikaah only even get accepted? Do they even recognize that as a valid relationship?

Lol. Just realized this thread is for Pakistani applicants. I saw the London part and thought it was for UK people or something, but then I checked it out and was like aha, this is where all the Pakistanis be at....

Procedural Fairness Letter. Its a warning sort of thing, where you have to provide the info requested by the visa officer otherwise they might refuse the application.

Personally, I just wrote down first names. I don't think they're too picky about that. If they were, they would have specified.

Guys,

As per new application , Max of 20 photos and 10 pages of communication are allowed to prove the authenticity of the relationship. So I filtered my chat history , choosing one conversation per month to filter year worth of chat history into 10 pages and for photos, I am attaching two from the Nikkah signing ceremony , 4 from wedding ( I had combined barat/walima) showing rukhsati and us sitting on stage with guests and rest of pictures from family gatherings , birthday parties etc.

Now when I read posts here on this forum , people have submitted 100-200 page worth of communication history and ton of pictures as a proof in past. So I am bit confused, should I limit photos and communication history as per the limit identified in the checklist or ignore it and send them more pictures and communication history?

I think you should follow the guidelines. Previous applicants didn't have that guideline, but new ones do. If they need more they will request it. I sent exactly 20 photos of different occasions, including the wedding and after it. For communication, I sent exactly 10 pages of letters we exchanged. That really is enough. If they request more, I'll just think that's silly.

Why do you need to contact canadian embassy Islamabad, All the sponsorship for spouse cases are going to London visa office. It is not possible your case in Islamabad try to read the letter complete or if you can copy paste here make sure remove your personal information, Want to see what your notes says
May be i can guide you if i can.

80-90% cases are with LVO, but my lawyer told me Islamabad has begun to except some applications. There is a possibility his case might be in Islamabad, the notes will clearly spell that out where his file is.

Do not send anything voluntary even if you send the LVO will ask you additional document still , Why waste energy.
Just wait for the LVO to ask. Here people are giving wrong advice do not listen.
Just when LVO ask respond with your document.

Did you send a case specific enquiry or did you do a MP inquiry.
Ordering notes help to find out visa officer's concerns and whether you are in interview queue. Im sorry i dont mean to hurt you.
