i worked so hard to file my app as quickly as possible so my wife would be here sooner. if i knew LVO was going to work on december/january/february in one go, then i would've taken my time with it and maybe i wouldn't have gotten a doc request.

Did you contact ATIP with your request tracking and ask them what is going on with the notes request?.. :'( :'(

I have sent emails with tracking ID and Receipts but all you get from them is an automatic reply.

What doc request did you get?...I thought you only got re-medical?.

That's ok...these are normal things....Alhumdollilah I would be more worried if they had asked about communication and relationship related. So as far as genuinty of relationship is not an issue then Alhumdollilah its all good. Just a matter of time, and yes I know waiting is hard.

For remed: is it possible to get early appointment than usual routine at IOM since it has to be done within 30 days, or is it usual process to call or email to book appointment and go by what they give you?

Once you get remed request, email IOM, usually you get an appointment in 7-10 days. And it is electronic so technically LVO should have it the day you complete your medical. You can still send a proof via Case specific inquiry.

I called the office and I have an appointment with one of the case workers, not sure if it'll help?

Alright, i haven't linked my application on mycic due to a representative, thanks anyhow.

I got the re-med request two days ago, emailed IOM today to book an appointment.
