Spousal Sponsorship - Outland application - Please help

As I recall your spouse lost her husband not long ago, IRCC people have seen more difficult and complex and tragic stories. Nobody's family history is simple.
My spouse lost her husband 9 years ago and i lost my wife 6 months back. Just wondering if different address on my wife's passport and my step daughter would create any suspecious on IRCC end. My case is genuine and it is because of the situation my step daughter is living away from us. It is just not possible to bring her with us and have her stay with us until her passport is done with my addres because her school is about to start.
I really don't think it's an issue. Having different address is fine. There is no requirement that dependent needs to live with applicant.
Also, some passports do not have address... Or it's a hand written section that I always forgot to fill-in after I renew mine.

I think i will go ahead with a different address. I would avoid writing an explanation letter. If issue arises in the future then i can always inform them the reason behind it.
I have a question in regards to IMM 5406 form.
It says the names must be written in English and native language. However, no additional space is provided. What should i do in this case?
It also says, each person needs to fill their own form. However, nothing is mentioned in Complete Guide in regards to filling out this form separately for each person, what should i do?
Myself and my three kids all are Canadian Citizen and my all kids are under 18. I am sponsoring my wife and my step daughter and she is under 18.
Do i ( Sponsor ) need to fill this form, and include my wife, 4 kids, and my mother father and my siblings in this form?
And my wife also needs to fill this form with her siblings and include 4 kids and me and her mother and father?

When you print to send it, you can hand-write it.
Only your spouse needs to complete (as others are under 18). Yes, she would include info about you and all the children. If you think any of it is unclear (such as other parent of her step-children is you, their status in Canada or whatever), include a short letter of explanation.
(If you think the name in native language is not clear on form, you could add that info in a letter as well)
Here is where i am confused and i don't know which direction i should go with. Myself and three kids are temporarily living in India as my wife passed away few months back. I have two options.
1) Apply for sponsorship through Spousal Sponsorship application and list my wife and her daughter in the application and no income required. My confusion here is do i adopt her (my step daughter) then apply through spousal sponsorship outland?
If i end up adopting her then do i need to go through different application process which is Sponsorship application for adopted children? I mean do i need to use both application package?
The other thing is for adopted child sponsorship, there is an income requirement. In my case i do not have any as i have been out of country for more than a year for genuine reason. Also, i ended up reading in the guide related to adoption child package that i need to be living in Canada.

You've already asked this. The answer is the same. Sponsor your wife with your step-daughter as her dependent. You can start that now. It should not change anything if you adopt her before or during the process, or don't do it at all (or after you go to Canada). Because again, you're sponsoring the daughter as dependent child of your spouse.
If you've started the process, I'd suggest including a letter of explanation (perhaps with some short supporting info) that you have started the adoption process; if you complete the adoption before the PR process is complete, just advise IRCC.
The adopted child process is for those adopting children outside the immediate family.
Financial info: can only suggest reading the instructions. There's no formal minimum but you will need to show your intent to return to Canada and how you will support them; that can be savings, expected employment (of you and spouse), etc.
A bit of context to reassure you: my sponsorship of spouse included two step-children and our shared biological child. (I'd wanted to adopt the step-children but other parent issues, and we ran out of time).
They were all included on the same app as dependent children of my spouse - period. No difference. Different family names et al - no difference. Obviously I could have applied separately to sponsor my biological child, but there would be no point in that.
Your situation is completely normal with the only wrinkle that you are in process of adopting your step-child - which would change only one thing, that you would also be legal parent of the child.
One small note: do be sure to include death certificate (or whatever specifically is required) for the step-child's biological father, and highlight explicitly that he has passed away - otherwise they'll be looking for the consent from the father.
Thanks a lot for your reply. I have not started any process of adopting my step daughter as of yet. I was thinking to just apply as it is and list my step daughter as my wife's dependent and submit the application. Once they all get PR and moved to Canada then i would see how to adopt her legally in Canada. What do you think about this process?
Because i am all confused about the adopted children sponsorship application whether i need to use it or not. Because, if i file application after the adoption process is done then i may have to use this package...this is what my inderstanding is. Because in Spousal Sponsorship application guide, it clearly staes that if you are sponsoring your adopted child then use adopted children package. BUT, there is no mention whatsoever that...if your spouse is a biological mother of the child then you can use same spousal/dependent application package and just include adoption paper.

Perfectly straightforward and no particular issues. Probably the easiest and most straightforward for now. Obviously you'll have to deal with the provincial adoption process in Canada but no urgency.
You're overthinking. You do not need it. This is for cases when adopting children outside of the immediate family. It is not relevant to your case - particularly since you have not adopted yet.
You are not sponsoring your adopted child, you are sponsoring your spouse + dependents.
